Heavens Sonohara (ヘブンスそのはらSNOW WORLD) is a downhill ski area in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. Mapped terrain includes easy, intermediate, advanced routes. Its mapped lift network extends from approximately 794 to 1583 metres above sea level.
